Lodge Thistle No 127 items for collectors
We have several items available to purchase, including mark tokens and lodge ties, plus tickets for our events. Payment is taken securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Delivery
Tokens and ties are posted to the address you give at checkout. Postage and packing is £2.99 per order, however many items you buy. Choose any item, then add the others at checkout to pay postage once.
Event tickets will be posted up to 14 days before the event; otherwise, the tickets will be held in your name at the door. Your card receipt is your confirmation.

Sales terms and conditions
1. Who we are
This shop is run by Lodge Thistle No 127, 10 Springwell Place, Stewarton, KA3 5DD ("the Lodge", "we", "us"). You can contact us at secretary@thistle127.com. Money raised supports the running of the Lodge and its charitable work.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. Postage and packing of £2.99 per order is added at checkout for posted items, regardless of how many items are in the order; items bought in separate checkouts are treated as separate orders. Payment is taken in full when you order, through our payment provider Stripe. Your order is accepted once payment is complete and Stripe has emailed your receipt.
3. Delivery of goods
Tokens and ties are sent by Royal Mail to the address you give at checkout, normally within 10 working days of your order. We post within the UK as standard; if you are ordering from overseas, please email us before ordering so we can confirm postage. If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact us.
4. Cancelling and returning goods
You may cancel an order for tokens or ties within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the item unused and in its original condition within a further 14 days. We will refund the item price and the original postage within 14 days of receiving it back. You pay the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.
5. Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Limited and numbered items
Some tokens are produced in limited, numbered runs. Numbers are allocated in order of purchase and we cannot guarantee a particular number. When a run sells out, it will not be restruck.
7. Event tickets
Tickets are for a specific event on a specific date, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to them. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Lodge, in which case you will be offered a full refund. Tickets will be posted up to 14 days before the event; otherwise, they will be held in your name at the door. Your card receipt is your confirmation. If you cannot attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else; please let us know their name.
8. Your information
We use the name, address and email you give at checkout only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We do not share your details with anyone else or use them for marketing unless you have agreed to this.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
